Missing temp. code after renewal
 

Your Temporary Registration Code has been sent to you via e-mail at the end of the online Contribution process, so you can start using the KVS Tool right away.
Received two emails but both do not contain the Temporary Registration Code... Even checked the spam folder, nothing...

Hello,for the last couple of days I'm having issues with BA-Oneworld method. Always gives me Data source error[RD-2]. Never shows any results, even on days with award availability. running 7.3.8 Diamond. Anybody got same problem?
Also in Skyteam method there is a discrepancy with AF/KL classic awards. AF website shows saver seats, but KVS incorrectly classifies them as CA (should be CS). For example try FCO-ATL JUL 23rd. All flights are available at 62.500 miles ( CS ), but in KVS all but 1 flight showing CA. It only correctly classifies flight which is preselected by default.

The [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Engine appears to experience intermittent system issues -- please try your search again and advise if the error persists.

Were you using POS FR? If you select POS US, all flights are available at the CS level:

Magically, everything is working fine now. BA method works again. Switched POS for AF and all results are correct. Thank you very much for great customer support

Click the keys to the far right of the methods dropdown. Should get an option to deregister.

You can also complete the Registration Wizard Form with the new System Code only and briefly explain the situation in the [Comments:] field.

I have upgraded to the latest KVS (7.3.9) and am getting all sorts of OneWorld search errors. Error 404--Not Found errors as well as timeout/disconnect errors. Further, searches that used to work fine (on Friday) are giving Engine errors.

Is there a known issue with OneWorld searches currently?

Edit: NM, seems to be working for the time being.

Those error messages indicate that the [Awards/OneWorld] Engine was temporarily down. If this happens again, you can use [Awards/BA-OneWorld] instead.

When I search for availability for Turkish Airlines it shows the particular booking class I am looking for to be ⁿ. However when I call the airline out is available. Is there any way to improve the search results?

What is the Routing/Flight/Date/Class in question?
