Could someone please check the load of CX807 on Aug21 for me?
Wondering if there is any chance of being op-uped from PE to J.

August is too far out for any meaningful prediction of flight loads.

I am virgin to KVS an I am starting my search for flights and I would appreciate some help/advise.
Would be possible to use the tool to search for BA AWARD flights (Amex BA Companion voucher 241). If so which class code to use for club/business C, D, I, J or U ?

Finally is it possible to trial KVS for few days before purchasing a license?

See this link for what can be searched on BA. Regarding a trial, I don't think there is, but the KVS rep may have different info whenever they're back here.

I cannot get Alaska Airlines (AS) fares to come up. I have cleared my cookies and restarted KVS but it makes no difference. Suggestions?

BA Business Award Booking Class is U (AKA CS for KVS Tool Users):

AS Fares will be included when using the (All Airlines) option, but it is not currently possible to specify AS as a single airline option:

reference / MPM not working
 
for the past 5 hours when trying to do an MPM calc - I keep getting an error stating that the "The requested function is not available due to engine maintenance" - try later. 5+ hours seems like a long time for maintenance.

I don't use this function very often but it used to work - I use KVS under CrossOver on Mac which has many many limitations - so I never know if a problem is CrossOver related or yet another KVS issue.

As the error message indicates, the Reference Engine is temporarily unavailable.
This is not a CrossOver issue.

KVS Doesn't want my money ;-)
 
:D Trying to renew.

Probably due to the use of my VPN but KVS should be able to deal with it, and even though I restarted Chrome with no VPN active, it still wants to charge me in UKP rather than USD. Trying IE and it won't do anything when I hit the big next button after entering order details and payment method.

You can change the display currency by clicking the Flag icon in the top right corner of the page. However, the actual charge will always be done in USD.

My KVS app on my iPad gives me different results for BA availability than my computer, using Chrome as my browser. Both are updated. Which is the more accurate? For example, "I" class shows closed on the iPad, but shows "I5" on my computer. Seat availability is also different. Seats that show up on the iPad are shown as "booked" on my computer. Can you explain?

This is normal, as BA varies Availability by POS:

Which of the 2 Seat Map options are you using in the main application?

Getting this error now. A few hours ago, it was working fine.

I really liked being able to browse in this mode.
