KVS Tool Trouble Shoot

Anyone have problems with the KVS tool initial download? I keep getting an error message when I try to search award tickets saying:

"Data Source Error

Unable to Login/MSIE Cookies Error"

I've emailed KVS helpdesk twice and still haven't heard back from them. I'm frustrated that my trial is running out and I haven't even be able to use it once. Any help would be appreciated...

Please see our reply in the Main KVS Tool Thread.

I did enable the MSIE to accept first party cookies... I'm still not having any luck. Is there another solution? Thanks!

I am going to be happening on a good share of US miles, I am trying to find to NAT (Natal, Brazil) which I can't search on the USDM website. I am looking for award availability on JJ so I can call in and book. I am not finding a way to find this under award/upgrade search... what am I doing wrong?

Please provide a screenshot of your MSIE Cookie settings via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/

Also, clear and re-enter your QF Membership Credentials in the [Settings] tab.

JJ Award Availability is accessible via both OneWorld options in the KVS Tool:

[KVS Availability Tool 7.3.7/Diamond - Awards/BA-OneWorld]
Code:

Why?

As mentioned previously, KVS Tool fully supports AA & US Award Availability:

http://Help.KVSTool.com/#AA
http://Help.KVSTool.com/#US

The low award availability on the US website is the one thing that will show the availability for an F upgrade from Y using miles.

Then maybe Im missing something. For example I can see this:
[KVS Availability Tool 7.3.6/Diamond - Awards/BA-OneWorld]
Code:

PHX  Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl AZ US [KPHX]
HNL  Honolulu Intl HI US [PHNL]
SAT  07 Mar 2015

Carrier    Flight  From  Depart    To    Arrive        St  Availability
---------  ------  ----  --------  ----  --------  ---  --  ------------
US        491    PHX  08:40    LAX  09:09              FS7  YS0
 -> AA    283    LAX  10:20    HNL  14:25              FS7  YS0

But calling US shows no seats available for upgrade to first.

You have correctly confirmed Upgrade Availability for the US flight.

What kind of an Upgrade are you trying to apply on the AA Segment?

SWU/Mileage Upgrade Availability on AA flights is accessible via the [Galileo: ETR] Method:

I can use the KVS Availability tool to find partner award flights on skyteam, but is there to find which of those flights are available to be booked by partner airlines? I have KE Skypass Miles, and have called them trying to book flights on Delta that show availability with EF and KVS, but been told that those flights are not available to them to be booked.

If searching for BA awards, is there anyway to use multiple airports in the From: field?

From: LAX, LAS, PHX etc etc

KVS Tool does display Partner Award Availability -- what are the Flights in question?

You can search for Award Flights from/to multiple airports within the same city (e.g. NYC or LON), but not multiple cities at once.
