Well, did you try resetting your password through the NH website? That's pretty much what the error is telling you to do. It's outside of KVS' control.

Also, can you please get rid of the image or resize it?

Edit: ok, saw that you said it worked online. What happens when you reset the password on the NH website, then try KVS again?

We have identified an issue with the handling of new ANA accounts.

Please download KVS Tool V7.4.3 and re-enter your ANA Card # and Password (not PIN) in the [Settings] Tab.

If your account is already locked, you would also need to first reset it via http://ANA.co.jp/

If you set the time to something earlier than 08:00, it shows up.

This is not the right forum. There is a kvstool forum.
There are tons of numbers there. Cannot expect someone to teach you here although people are very kind and patient. Have you read the kvs website? Is there a help button? Some FAQ?

I ran into exactly this problem the other day and I also thought it is a bug.

It is counter-intuitive... the other fields in this dialog box are only active/used in case there is a check mark on the left side. If that check-mark is off, then I assume the setting in the drop box is ignored, just as settings in the other fields are ignored when their related checkbox is off.

Since you now clarified that this field is independent from the checkbox, I suggest to separate them into two lines... it will be much more clear that they are not related/dependent.

Am having a problem using this recommended method when trying to get award availability SIN-LAX on CX. It gives an error response "Date Out of Range" when checking more than 322 days in advance. However, if I check point to point (SIN-HKG and HKG-LAX) it does show availability 330 days out. Unfortunately, CX has paired flights where it opens up more availability for connecting passengers so point to point availability doesn't help me.

Is this a known problem?

Unfortunately, there is no more screen space available to place these options on different 'lines'.

However, please note that, in contrast to the other options, there is no ":" at the end of the [Exclude Codeshare Flights] option and the [Non-Stop Flights Only] dropdown is not disabled when the check box if off.
