Indeed, it appears that our hosting provider had a brief transient server issue at approx. 14:55~15:15 GMT.

A little help for a newbie please
 
I am fairly new to KVS. In the past I was able to use the ITA Award-Upgrade-UA method to look for R-class. Now I am getting an error message "Data Source Error L2". I followed the instructions to 1) add my MP and pin into the tool, 2) update my UA profile for expert mode, and 3) restart the tool. But it does not seem to work.

Is the ITA Award-Upgrade/UA method the only way to search for R-class via KVS?

Please check your MSIE Cookie settings (http://Errors.KVSTool.com/) and UA MP Credentials, then clear MSIE Cookies and restart the KVS Tool:

Here's one that's about to drive me nuts. AF availability shows up in a Flying Blue search in all POS, but not in a DL search. Any ideas? Will DL see the AF seats if I call?

AF is currently blocking some Award Seats from its partners, incl. DL SM -- please see the http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...-see-them.html Thread.

I see. So I guess this means that for now I should only use the DL search to search for AF seats. (I guess this makes sense if the "phantom" AF seats can't be booked with Skymiles anyway.) Thanks for your help on this.

I am just checking out KVS - and am wondering if it covers the charter and other cheaper airlines such as Sky Service, Air Transat, Jet2, Jetairfly, Flybe, Air Asia, Firefly, EasyJet, Batavia, Lion Air, etc.

Hybrid carriers (Air Transat, Flybe) are supported. LCCs & charter carriers do not use the Availability and Fares system. However, you can still check schedules for some Asian LCCs (Lion Air).

System Code Mismatch error
 
I switched laptops at work and requested a new system code on October 10.

I installed KVS and registered the new system code with no issues. I used KVS several times on the new system.

I started KVS this morning and am getting a System Code Mismatch error.

I will send you a PM with the relevant information.

Please help
 
I keep receiving errors no matter what I do...

1) I get the MSIE cookies error when my cookies are enabels per the KVS FAQ.
2) When doing Award searches using the JL engine, I get "Invalid Cabin Class" on a DAILY basis.

Any help?
