I installed KVS and registered the new system code with no issues. I used KVS several times on the new system. I started KVS this morning and am getting a System Code Mismatch error. I will send you a PM with the relevant information. |

Hi!
I keep getting "Data Source error [R1]: "ANA INTERNET" while searcing for Star Alliance awards. It will work again after I leave KVS for a while, and when I start to use it again, the error will return after a number of searches. Clearing IE cookies and restarting KVS doesn't seem to help... Any help would be appreciated! Regards Tommy |

Question that anyone can answer:
I'm trying to fly JFK-BKK using AA miles for an award seat. When using the JL-OneWorld method, and I type in JFK-BKK. I see 0 seat availability. However, when I break it out to be JFK-HKG, and then HKG-BKK, seats are available on both segments. 1) Why does this happen? 2) Are these real seats? 3) If I call AA, and give them the flight # info, can they see these seats and book them for me? Thanks! |

Is the routing rules view working for anyone for DL? I keep getting "The system was unable to locate a matching Fare" for anything I try.
