I installed KVS and registered the new system code with no issues. I used KVS several times on the new system.

I started KVS this morning and am getting a System Code Mismatch error.

I will send you a PM with the relevant information.

2) When doing Award searches using the JL engine, I get "Invalid Cabin Class" on a DAILY basis.

What airline/route/date are you searching?

Hi!

I keep getting "Data Source error [R1]: "ANA INTERNET" while searcing for Star Alliance awards. It will work again after I leave KVS for a while, and when I start to use it again, the error will return after a number of searches.
Clearing IE cookies and restarting KVS doesn't seem to help...

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards Tommy

We are currently looking into this issue.

If anyone else is getting an error message after performing multiple queries using the [Awards/StarAlliance] or [Awards/StarAlliance-7D] Method, please report it via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/

Indeed, the KVS Tool fully supports EY Award Availability:

Question that anyone can answer:

I'm trying to fly JFK-BKK using AA miles for an award seat.

When using the JL-OneWorld method, and I type in JFK-BKK. I see 0 seat availability. However, when I break it out to be JFK-HKG, and then HKG-BKK, seats are available on both segments.

1) Why does this happen?
2) Are these real seats?
3) If I call AA, and give them the flight # info, can they see these seats and book them for me?

Thanks!

I am searching for an award ticket on a IB-codeshared VY flight on FLR-BCN. Searching for airline code VY gives me:

I4 U4 Y4 N4 B4 E4 H4 K4 M4 L4 R4 V4 S4 XS ZS TS WS QS OS PS F4 C4 JS
but searching for IB gives me:

Y9 J9 C9 D9 R9 I9 W9 B9 H9 K9 M9 Z9 L9 A9 V9 S9 N9 Q9 O9 P0
As I remember, IB should be using X for award ticket, but how about VY? and why it is not showing X availability for IB?

Is the routing rules view working for anyone for DL? I keep getting "The system was unable to locate a matching Fare" for anything I try.

You cannot redeem IB/VY codeshares as partner awards.

What's the Route/Fare Basis in question?
