Running KVS on Crossover for Mac and getting error code 35758: Unable to Retrieve Data. I looked on the error page and noticed that Crossover 12 is recommended for this reason, but I can find anywhere to download an earlier version (I am running Crossover 13). Any way to resolve?

Ah, please disregard. Looks like this was due to some sort of BA security measures - I just tried logging into their site and got this error:

I reset my password and now KVS tool is working again. :D

You have entered your BA EC Credentials incorrectly the first time around, which had trigger this. We will be adjusting the Error Messages in the next KVS Tool update to avoid confusion.

Can't seem to find this.

Can KVM do a check for awards from 'USA' to lhr in one search or do I have to do 15-20 searches checking every single option myself to find availability?

KVS Tool requires CrossOver V12 or earlier (preferably V9.1.0). CrossOver V13 contains a bug that may cause "Error 35758: Unable To Retrieve Data". Search For Download Locations or contact CodeWeavers for assistance in obtaining an earlier version.

Update:

You can download an earlier CrossOver version from:

I downloaded V12 but Crossover won't let me use KVS until I upgrade to V13 which is where the problem arises.

Just purchased a Diamond subscription, and have a couple questions regarding award search:

1) Can I search, say LAX->HKG, F availability from Dec 8 - Dec 12, or do I have to do one search for each day?

2) If my trip is from SEA -> PVG, but I want to fly on CX through HKG, should I search SEA->PVG, or should I do 3 searches like SEA->LAX, LAX->HKG, and HKG->PVG?

You would need to search SEA-LAX + LAX-PVG or SEA-PVG, depending on the Method used.

Contacted Crossover and they advised me as follows which worked:

"If you log into our website, you can download older versions of Crossover here http://www.codeweavers.com/account/d...s/?_dl=archive

I would suggest you install Crossover 12.5.1. Then when it is installed, open Crossover and click "Crossover" from the top menu bar. Select "Preferences" and choose the "Updates" tab. Here just uncheck the "Check for Crossover Updates" and you will able to remain on version 12.5.1"

I'm receiving a "Datasource Error [I]" when attempting Awards/AC-StarAlliance searches on relatively common routings that worked yesterday. Any ideas? Thanks.
