BA-OneWorld Method and AB
 
I am having trouble getting the BA-OneWorld method (or any other method) to find AB awards - I get error messages like - enter valid departure date (which I did) or destination is not supported (e.g. IST, SAW and AYT both give this error).

Any suggestions?

I'm showing award availability (Y) on AB flights next October (ex. Oct 1 JFK-TXL) . I'm using version 7.3.1.R2 of KVS and using the Awards OneWorld search.

thanks, I also have the most recent version and can get some routes to show but ones to cities in Turkey are giving me the problem.

AB does not fly to IST/SAW. The [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Engine does not currently support AYT, but [Awards/OneWorld] does:

Hi. I just bought the KVS tool which looks very good but I do not know how to use it... can you direct me where I can learn about it? I also want to know quickly how to see information about Sky Team RTW?

Click on the ? mark in the upper right hand corner, then click on "user guide"

run into this weird error message with any search combination under Fares/PSH,

I'm having the same problem, but it looks like there's not much we can do. The site where KVS gets the info has changed some of its pages causing KVS to trip up. Without an update to the software, the Fares/PSH method won't work :(

Open jaw and multi city search with KVS
 
I have searched extensively the forum but cannot find the info how to search multi city/open jaw with KVS?
Also my screen doesn't show the "via" option?
I signed up for diamond membership.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So . . . I take it that means we can't get any fare information from KVS at all? This needs to be fixed ASAP. Can we get a status update? Thanks.

I would also like information on this especially as Fares/FC has been on the blink for months.
