BA is known to use multiple levels of non-standard Seat Blocking internally, which can cause this discrepancy as some Engines treat Soft-Blocked Seats as unavailable.

Fares/DRS Problem
 

Is there now a problem with Fares/DRS? Whenever I try to look up a fare (ie: with a variety of routes and dates), I get a "Datasource Error: Engine/POS Error -- please try selecting a different POS [EL]" message.

As Fares/FC still doesn't work, and Fares/PSH won't parse one of the airport codes I need, I'm now left with no way of looking up fares...

Yes, there are currently intermittent issues with the [Fares/DRS] Engine itself and we are looking into this matter ...

Any way to check away award availability on JL & AA via "mobile companion" ?

For Award Availability, you need to use the main KVS Tool application.

NH is missing in the airlines list-box.
Haven't found anything in the docu that there shouldn't be all 31 airlines available. (actually only 28 are present - I haven't looked what other Airlines are missing)
Bug or Feature?

NH flights will be included, when you select the [All *A Airlines] option, but it cannot be specifically selected.

However, you can set the [Filter], if so desired.

Any idea when the Fares/FC will be up?

Just bought 2 Diamond memberships (self and gift) and the Fares/FC function is the only thing for which I use KVS.

for every QR flight I pull, there is always Y4 that is being shown... despite the flight being fully booked when trying to book online. is this a bug? anyone else experiencing this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific ETA, as the [Fares/FC] Engine itself is still down.

Please use the [Fares/PSH] Method in the meantime.

AC-Staralliance method not working on R 7.3.0 R2
 

All of a sudden I get the following error:-

Error 12057 - Gopher - Attribute not found
Unable to validate the revocation of SSL certificate ....

I am running on a MAC using Crossover.

The troubleshooting guide for this error seems incorrect - the Tools options tabs as described do not match reality.

Note - I am getting the same error on v 7.2.3 and it used to work fine.

Please check your system date, try installing Internet Explorer in CrossOver, or follow the instructions under "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" on the CrossOver Website at http://www.CodeWeavers.com/compatibi...id=1491;tips=1

My system date is correct - on all my Mac's which are all fail. The Crossover tips are not relevant to this issue. It all started a few weeks ago when all of a sudden when I started KVS it asked for my registration code - which of course it should have already had. After (re-)entering it, it then asked for each of my FF numbers. after this the AC-staralliance method started failing - all other methods still work.

Please follow the instructions in the above-mentioned tip on the CrossOver website or contact CrossOver support for assistance, since this an issue with the CrossOver system and not the KVS Tool itself.
