On Fare Methods, I really miss FC. I know it is being worked on and look forward to having it back. Having a fare total which includes taxes and fees is really helpful.
Using PSH, the results often seem to ignore what is chosen in the Class dropdown. Earlier today I was getting the same fares using Economy Low and Economy Flex, and then maybe only 15-20 fares. Economy All resulted in a lot more fares appearing. Running a search just now for a business fare on all carriers resulted in only 15 results, all but one for the same travel window and not a single C or D fare (JFK to FRA or CGN as an example). Thanks. TRRed |

Any idea when that will be fixed?
In the meantime, using Wine V1.2.3 is the easiest option. |

When searching SYD/MEL to LHR on SQ awards, I generally see more options on KVS than on the Krisflyer website. Is KVS scraping the SQ website or is there some other option to see these?

So just because the Awards/SQ method shows something as available doesn't mean that its bookable on the SQ site?

Datasource Error [RD]
I tried to search for awards in march 2014. However instead of the result I received the following error:
Datasource Error [RD]: Engine Error /Date Out-of-Range |
There appears to be an issue getting an accurate seat map for the World Traveller Plus cabin on BA's A380, e.g. the LAX-LHR BA268 on 19 Oct.
I have had someone check the seat map on BA's Manage My Booking and it displays 21 free seats. KVStool shows 9: [KVS Availability Tool 7.2.4/Diamond - Seat Map: 19 Oct 2013/BA 268/LAX-LHR/EQV/W-Premium Economy] Code:
A B | D E F | J K http://i43.tinypic.com/qya8ue.png FWIW, all the (aisle) seats which are available but "handicap accessible" (according to EF) are shown as unavailable on KVStool. |
