Lately (at least for DL)the system will not display all rows of DL F seat maps even if seats are available in that row.
Eample DL 1600 ATL-BOS Dec 16 it will not display row 6 even though row 6 is empty and has 4 open seats.

Those are all the rows that DL's system is currently willing to provide (for whatever reason) -- unfortunately, there is no way for us to 'force' it to display add'l rows.

But if you go to Delta.com and select the flight the seat map is readily available.

The Graphical option does work -- just be sure that you are running the latest KVS Tool version and that you have pop-up blockers disabled.

Can u tell me what security setting in IE8 should be set for this to work?
Pop up blocker is turned off
This use to work for me
I am getteing a pop up before the above that says
"to help protect your security Internate Explorer has restricted this web page from running scripts or active X that could acess your computer"
I have MOST of ACTIVE X enabled
What settings need to be enabled?

Please goto [Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security] and turn on the [Allow Active Content To Run in Files on My Computer] option.

Must be a transient issue with the [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] engine -- please try again and advise if the issue persists.

New user, basic question. I'm trying to check *alliance availability for end of Nov 2012 and I keep getting an error message about 330 days out. Is there no way for me to search for availability then?
