Hi KVS,

Do you currently offer any trial membership to test out KVS? I'm looking at the diamond membership but was wondering if you are currently offering any diamond trial before I commit?

can you use KVS tool to check award upgrade availability (asia miles) for cathay pacific..?

KVS Tool supports Award Availability on all OneWorld airlines (including CX): http://Help.KVSTool.com/#AwardUpgradeClasses_OneWorld

There is currently no Tool or service that supports CX Upgrade Availability, as CX requires an actual ticket to be purchased first.

Thanks for spotting the discrepancy -- the User Guide is actually correct, as CX uses the same Booking Classes for both Awards & Upgrades. We have now updated the OP accordingly.

All rows of F seat maps not displaying

Lately (at least for DL)the system will not display all rows of DL F seat maps even if seats are available in that row.
Eample DL 1600 ATL-BOS Dec 16 it will not display row 6 even though row 6 is empty and has 4 open seats.
If you use the graphical option (that goes to Delta.com)it says the seat map is not available and to call DL.
But if you go to Delta.com and select the flight the seat map is readily available.
