Searches currently not working:
- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

Trying to see what the fare is for ex-CAI, but I get nothing. I do see the ex OSL fare. though!

I see you're in your ex CAI trip right now. Any tips for pricing / finding the availability for a DONE5 ex-CAI using EF? I can't make the Oneworld tool to give me a EGP price (resets to AUD all the time as I travel to Australia first).

If you're getting the tool to price an itinerary but it prices in AUD - this means the tool will get Qantas to issue the ticket. The base fare should whatever is in the system for itineraries starting in Egypt, but converted to AUD. It should NOT be the base fare for itineraries starting in Australia!
I believe you are way too late to the party for the ex-Egypt fares. So perhaps start in Norway?

Most (All?) the Oneworld airlines pulled their ex-Egypt fares shortly after the Egyptian Government let the country's currency (EGP) float freely back in March - it promptly fell by 66%, which is why the fares were so great.

The base fare should whatever is in the system for itineraries starting in Egypt, but converted to AUD. It should NOT be the base fare for itineraries starting in Australia!

Shame I missed the party, DONE5 (sadly travelling over Asia so no DONE4), ex OSL is around 5k GBP including fees. Not too bad, but those ex CAI prices looked so enticing to begin with!

I just checked a DL C+ seat map for Nov 11 and it's not accurate. I sent them an email. Frustrating, since the banner only says AA is still having issues.

Same here. There's a certain award search site that's added seat maps as a beta feature, but their AA seat maps have the same issue last time I checked.
