Seat Maps: we're currently not able to show seat maps for flights departing within the next 24 hours for several airlines: DL, BA, QR , ANA, B6, & JL
Searches currently not working:
  • Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
  • Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS

To search AA upgrades:
  • Use the Award & Upgrade tool
  • Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
  • To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

On a HA flight today which was delayed in increments by 5 hours. Have folks here received schedule change alerts within an hour or so of a flight? I got none.

Schedule change alerts are for when the scheduled time changes in the GDS, it won't trigger on delays day-of (or day before).

I am finding the visa requirements not working this morning.
I tried Canada citizen, Canada resident, origin Canada, destination Korea (Rep) - no results returned.
Then I tried Canada citizen, Canada resident, origin Canada, destination China, Transit Korea - no results returned.
I am trying to see if the K-ETA exemption for seniors is reflected in the data bank.

Timatic search in EF just down generally. SImilar for me too.

Seat maps still broken for several airlines including DL... it worked for about a week after they 'fixed' the hard error, but now its been broken for almost a month.
Seems nobody knows what they're doing over there.

Timetable search down again? I keep getting "The search you attempted was too complex for our data provider, if you entered a city code please search for a specific airport code instead."

What were your search parameters?

I did JFK-DPS with conx in AMS. Set carrier to KL. Worked fine. Also tried city code NYC and it worked fine too.

Not working for me, either. Getting the same response no matter what city pair I try to search.

Looks like you did a "Flight Availability" search, not a "Flight Timetables" search
(you cannot specify connecting cities in a timetable search)

I actually tried the "search by arrival/departure" tab of the timetable search - so show all arrivals or departures on a given date from a given airport. LHR for this matter, but it's not working for me with other airports I try either.

I may have to give up on EF.
