Actually accomplished something I haven't been able to do before. Used a GUC to upgrade from an "H-class" ticket to Delta One on a flight from CDG to ATL over the weekend. Once I applied the GUC, I didn't even have to call and bug them or anything ... it just happened, cleared 48 hours out.

Forgot to mention - 9/10 MSP-SFO cleared at the window. Went out 13/20 in F and 48 total pax. No idea why that frequency is a 757...

9/13 - Gold Medallion
BOS-IND - #1 of 3 for 1 seat. Cleared at gate
IND-BOS - Cleared at Gold window (T-72). Two seats left at T-24. F went out full, 5 people on upgrade list, 2 of them cleared.
Both flights were half full to 2/3rds full at best so even if I didn’t clear, I would have had two seats to myself in C+
So far, 4/4 for me this year. I might book one more flight in Y this year. Lots of booked F/D1 travel coming up, so no upgrade opportunities there!

9/11 DL 3937 SEA-MFR EMB-175 PM on a V Fare: Cleared at T-120
Flight went out with three empties in F so I'm glad I didn't pay the $49 FCM
Now 70.58% (12/17) on the year.

6/25 SJC-LAX Upgraded to F at Window with companion
6/25 LAX-SEA Upgraded to F at Window with companion
6/28 SEA-SJC Upgraded to F at Window, but SDC into night flight instead of morning, upgraded at gate with companion
9/11 SEA-SJC BE but upgraded to F at gate
9/15 SJC-SEA BE but upgraded to F at gate
Seems like west coast flights have very little medallions
9/18 SEA-AUS Upgraded to F at Window
9/18 AUS-ATL Upgraded to C+ at Window
9/18 ATL-SEA Upgraded to C+ at window, but I was able to select F seat for free. Not sure how Delta does their window upgrades, but trying to select an F seat for AUS-ATL shows a charge.

FO here:
9/17/21 (Friday), BOS-SEA on DL 318, upgraded to Delta One at T-22. Delta One seats, but marketed as First Class. Hot meal service post here.
Went out with 3 seats empty in Delta One (2 of which were no-shows).
Delta is operating an A330 on the evening BOS-SEA on M,W,F,Su and on the morning SEA-BOS on M,T,Th,Sa. This will last around 2 weeks, but if I could get upgraded as an FO, I imagine the upgrade chances are very good.

MSN-DTW UG to C+ at T-48 (became PM then) 2/3 out of 11 for 1 in FG, both of us were UG TO FC after IRROPS caused 2 people to leave the flight

FO on a V fare.
9/14 SLC-JFK 23/30 for 0 in FC, 5/11 for 2 in C+
9/17 JFK-PWM 13/17 for 1 in FC (though we went out with 3 empty seats in F after a group no-showed...), could have cleared to C+ but chose to stick with my companion in the exit row.
9/20 BOS-SLC 22/29 for 2 in FC, 2/8 for 4 in C+, all were middle seats though so passed in favor of my exit row with an empty middle. GA was paging folks up to the desk to ask if they wanted the C+ middles, I think she got through the entire list before finding takers.
Will be doing SLC-BOS quite a bit next year once my office is back open and should be PM for 2022 based on other travel through the end of this year, though not sure if that'll do anything here - seems like it's a fairly elite heavy route.

This was rough. Originally booked RDU-JFK-SYR with both upgrades cleared. Weather cancelled both flights. Rebooked to RDU-ATL-SYR and here are the results:
- 9/23 DL 2624 RDU-ATL 757-200 PM on a V Fare: #20 of 62
- 9/23 DL 1618 ATL-SYR A-320 PM on a V Fare: #4 of 11
Now 63.16% (12/19) on the year.

DM on a surprisingly cheap award ticket - 8,000 miles ow DFW-SEA
9/23
DFW-ATL upgraded at the 3 day window on a 321
ATL-SEA 8 of 30 for 3 seats on a 333 - at the 3 day window there were 7 seats available and the FCM price was $630. I wonder if people paid that kind of price or if there was a cheaper FCM that I wasn't offered because my original price was so low.
Headed back to DCA on 10/11 on red-eye via DTW. 21 seats currently available SEA-DTW and 10 seats available DTW-DCA. Will be interesting to see what happens.
