fozz, I found a new fetish. I was walking back to the parking lot from the Flyers game last night and saw boots, accompanied by bell bottoms...and the bell bottoms were short enough that the heel was visible. Actually, that hasn't been an issue. In most cases, it is to leisure routes where the regular seats are just about gone but E+ is empty.

At that point it's just a matter of getting to the gate asap and getting on the list with your request.

It actually works pretty well, but you do have to research your flights a bit to make sure you don't get stuck.

CO's Skykits will be the drink certs they give out when they end up not needing you for a VDB.
