No gloves, but he eventually figured out that use of one's arm is relatively effective.

EWR is expecting nastiness. The NJ Star Ledger reporter who is subbing for the regular Devils beat writer is sitting in EWR waiting for his flight to ATL to cover the game tonight, and all ATL departures after the one he is on that can get him to ATL in time for the game are CXLD.

Something I learned when I didn't have a snow brush...my arm got the job done quite well.

Although I am fond of this method, I also have a great scraper / brush combination for days that are teh suck, as ice tends to be a greater problem here.

Last winter I didn't realize I had an icescraper in my car, which was a major  to deal with when I parked at the offsite lot at the airport last winter.

Now, because I need to park outdoors, I keep an icescraper, a brush and a small shovel in my trunk.

Greetings from beautiful PSP. Below the 8-10,000 snowcapped mountains, it is already 75 degrees at 10:15 am. Teh Box may be poolside before the day is over. Need Kona Longboard Ale for the day!

I am thinking of a start date within the past 10 years. This will allow us to play around with aircraft that we all know and have experienced. Perhaps starting with a 73G or 738. I also thought it might be fun to start with Q4s or ERJs.

yes i know, but I mean will its years go into the future" or it will only last a handful of weeks in total?

Rub it in as I prepare to go to the frozen tundra known as New Hampshire.

Today is indeed a day of extremes. Looking forward to an 80 degree + day.

Not that warm around here in Palm Beach County. However 65F and sunny is quite a bit of an improvement over 27F snowing heavily. :)

The DC Metro just shut down Metro service to all above-ground stations. Service is still available with the fully underground parts of the network, however. In addition, all bus service has been suspended. How pathetic. It takes much more than eight inches of snow to make bus operation not possible.

This new lip balm I have tastes amazingly like the way the water sealant that I use on my leather boots smells.:eek:
