Not all UA FAs are bad. In fact, most of the time, I find them to be better than CO's. A while ago, a fellow flyer posted a story on the UA board to thank the highly professional UA Purser who stood up for him and his parents when a GS member took away their boarding passes not knowing that they had actually paid for their premium class seats. The GS member demanded an upgrade and insulted the parents of the passenger. Ultimately, he was not allowed to board the flight.
