Choices are-
The adjuster comes out, estimates the damage, gives me a check(IF?) and I hire whomever to do the work.
or
Nationwide sends out a contractor, they do the work-up, submit paperwork to adjuster and do the work(IF?)

(IF?) the leaks and interior damage are caused by "damaged\blown-up" shingles and not just an old leaky roof. Roof is 12 years old.

Adjuster asked if I had a lot of pine tress around the house because that stuff can get blown up under shingles pretty good. I have 1, did let him know that I have lots of hardwoods though.

Sounds like I may be climbing on the roof and encouraging some

to add to that, the guy who shoved somone elses luggage at me spent the entire flight with his feet on the bulkhead. Based on the graphic medical images he was looking at, I assume he was some sort of doctor. Guess medschool doesn't teach class.

That itinerary is jaw-droppingly gorgeous. I would consider paying one million (holds pinky to side of mouth) miles for that trip if I had a spare million to toss around.
