+1. This always gives me problems in newer hotels with ultra-quiet HVAC systems.

I'm finding some good Star availability to South Africa in March. Very tempting to book this all now...

What is the routing you are putting in?

I've been looking at AUS-EZE-JNB and can't find anything. I tried to force LAX-ZRH-JNB but can't get that to work either.

Are you finding things on CO.com?

Anyone from FT who has been to my hotel knows I carry a compact box fan for drowning out those pesky auto-slamming doors at hotels (personal security and fire code "feature").

So far, I've only checked basic routings on SA and LH. I don't think anything to JNB will show up on CO.com just yet.

Sadly this is one week I can't really pay attention to it. I had to miss the CO/Star webcast this morning as well. I tried to load it with the sound muted but the sucky wiresless this client has me on (despite there being Ethernet jacks on the wall a few feet away, yet nobody knows where there's a cable) was so slow it wouldn't load.

Funny. I fly the UA 777 several times a month and never have managed to get on a 772ER with them. Always the regular one.

And I like the 752, especially CO's, which aren't nearly as old and ratty as some of the ones flying with other airlines (certain former alliance partners who shall not be named…).
