So I had a guy walk up to me just now and ask if he could build a golf course (:eek:) on the remaining land adjacent here. A quick call to a VP confirmed that there are 12 buildable acres left...I told him he could build a pitch and putt.
ETA: Box Post #11,000 - I was writing #10,000 and ALCO beat me to it at the time. |
