No surprise here — WN is stepping up STL service to fill some of the void AA is leaving.

Negative, it is working fine. My sisters had their share of it.

WWTBD?

I'm booked on 10/22 EWR-SFO (B fare and 3rd on the UG list) at 11:28 AM booked in a non-reclining exit row and seatcounter shows the flight completely zeroed out.

The 8:45 EWR-SFO has 2 empties in F that (according to a non-elite reward search) seem available for a B-up.

On 10/23, the 7:00 AM EWR-SFO is showing 1 empty in F (on a 752).

I have to be in San Fran by about 2:00 on Friday to get to a meeting.

Would you stay on the 11:28 flight on 10/22 and hope for the possible VDB, change to the 8:45 and get a seat in F but get a few hours less sleep and no chance of a VDB, or hope the one seat on the 7:00 the next day stays open and change to that (getting to spend one more night in my own bed).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...especially some crystal ball predictions about VDB possibilities on CO1702 on 10/22.

Thanks Box.

Congratulations. I was hopping to score one of those on a flight on UA but then I went all mainline on my flights so just need upgrade coupons now.

I don't think I've ever missed an upgrade I applied for between ATL and IAD.

I got my county property tax bill today (ducks). One of the nice things is the very detailed breakdown of where my property taxes will go.

I have an offer to get my private pilot's license for the cost of classroom instruction and 280 gallons of fuel ^ Sounds like a project for next summer.

In New Jersey, last time I looked, such a thing is prevented by the protections provided in the Fifth Amendment.

Take a round white onion out of your fridge. Chop off the outer skin and leave that brushy root-looking thing at the top. Picture my face below the brushy thing. Nuff said. I'm sure cheepneezy could chop that into happening, and I'd almost rather see her artwork of it than look at myself in the mirror.

Do it. It's the one big regret I have in life. Had a chance to get my private ticket and didn't.

Rare for County Clerks to be imprisoned in TN. :p Off to racquetball.

Next summer - too many courses to prepare between now and January. Supervisor owns three, her husband has A&P license, they don't get to fly the aircraft enough.

:D

Have you washed it yet? That's usually my solution when my hair dresser bouffs my hair. I think she likes to play with it.:rolleyes:

You're assuming that there's enough left to warrant washing. I wanted about two inches on top - it's barely taller than my fingers are thick.
