On the phone with Hyatt - I accidentally booked a stay on the wrong day, so I had to cancel a confirmed suite earlier this month. Government rate opened back up, so I might get back in a suite for $94. ^ Plus a free night (FFN look-a-like), 2,000 G2 bonus, 1,000 diamond bonus, free breakfast, normal points.

Well, thanks to CO's new "free 24 hour change" policy for Plats, my plan worked. I've been checking seatcounter all day long looking for a seat in F to show up on EWR-SFO tomorrow. About 15 minutes ago, CO648 showed with a seat in A/Z and 3 in Y/B. I confirmed EasyPass First availability and then called the elite desk. A very nice agent changed me to 648 in Y and imediately afterwards confirmed me in F because of my B fare.

Now I get F on a transcon and most of an extra day at home (my co-workers aren't arriving until Friday) :D
