I'll post it anyway for the greater good, and the furtherance of  everywhere:
A333 cities: ATL, DTW, EWR, PHL, PDX, SEA A346 cities: DEN, MCO B744 cities: BOS, ORD, DFW, IAH, LAX, JFK, SFO, IAD. I thought LH had 18 US cities, but that list is 16. Whatever. |

What is the specific gripe about the LH 343? The Guru seems to say that it has some of the roomier Y seats in the LH fleet.

Should anyone want it for geekery purposes, I have the complete list of what equipment LH uses to all of its US gateways thanks to this little project.

The only plane I will not fly in the back on ever again is the 744, talk about uncomfortable. LH just does not understand the necessity of not feeling like cattle for 12+ hours.

You could always try to fly into ORD or DTW. Those are places where you can likely get a cheap seat back to PHL in advance and will net you some additional EQMs.
Is it a done deal that we're flying back from FRA? I remember hearing something it may change to MUC since that is where the moderator DO is. I briefly considered PDX, and CO.com beat that notion out of me real quick. It wanted to send me thru CLT, RDU, IND, and EWR in addition to IAH in various itinerary picks. |

I'm pretty sure they do EWR-MUC with a 343 or 346. Or there has been a 343/346 at EWR for no reason every time I've been there.
EWR-DUS is 343. The MUC flight used to be 333 and maybe it changes to that in the winter. |

I will almost certainly be heading back from either MUC or TXL (via somewhere). That weekend is the 20th anniversary of the Berlin Wall falling so I may try to squeeze that in, too. |

ORD is a 744 city pair. Would rather avoid if I could help it. If Hartmann is uncomfortable in their Y cabin for that long, I'd turn into a mental patient. DTW is an A333, but US offers no same-day connection backtracking to PHL that I can find.

I can't believe they're flying a 744 DFW-FRA... That used to be a 343 and it was empty.
