It's not necessarily artificial. Since the airline is paying to have that terminal constructed, it should rightfully boost the value of the airline since the terminal is an asset. I built terminals at all three hubs in 1.0, but as it turns out I overbuilt them...it's easier and cheaper to underbuild and expand.

I bought the family pack, which I think was $99. It plays nice with every MS Office doc I've ever needed it to, the only quirk is some of the tables stuff in Word does not always display correctly.
Also, Macros in Excel are not the most reliable when opened using Pages.

I don't run macros when I do my spreadsheets, and I very rarely insert tables into Word docs...more bonus points for me.
