It was pretty bad. I was in there earlier and it was fine, but with the evening rush it was pretty useless.

Classy, really classy.

In other news, the c-3 pclub internet is back up to it's shenanigans so the guy did that no sooner than i was getting ready to move over to the pclubbox.

ewwwwwwwww!

It's sad, but FT seems to have acquired a lot of riff raff. The worse that one can do is feed them. At this point, the only time I venture out is:
a) When I need to find a specific bit of info or
b) When someone mentions a thread in here.

I feel like i've lost fewer brain cells in the last few weeks.

I wish I could drill that into my head. It really isn't worth the effort, but yet I find myself ranting at anonymous schmucks from all corners of the globe.

Someone just called my cell phone and had a wrong number...he seemed to want to talk to "the rug company". When I said "The rug company?" is a  way, he shot back with "Yeah, that's what I said. The rug company."

In retrospect, I should have ran with that. It would have been more fun than arguing with dip$hit loonballs on the toobz.

I've already been warned I'm not allowed to comment on something that happened this morning. In order to do that, I may just have to take myself out of the situation and go to bed.

I have a strict 2 call policy.

The first call I politely tell them they have the wrong number (hey, it happens). If they call back within 5 minutes, and I have the time, I mess with them. The Canuck always 's at me when I do this in her presence.

I'm turning the whole same experiment different results thing on its head.

Which reminds me, your dog food in Costco story had me on the floor.

And to everyone asking about the Chase accounts. The Small Biz acct I opened had waived fees for three months, so that should allow for enough time to claim the miles before closing it.

Part of the problem is that these trolls are from Omni and since Omni posts no longer count they go out hunting to spread their evangelism .

My old office used to have nxx-5600-5699 as our range of phone numbers. The 5627 extension spells "jobs" on the phone. And if you transposed two of the digits in the prefix you actually were calling a job hotline. Suffice it to say that the guy with that extension in the office used to have a lot of fun interviewing candidates and the like.

I've been doing the same, though I haven't been flying a whole lot this year and thus have less need to know about the minutiae of route changes, etc. I occasionally venture into the US forum (I do live in PHL), but most of the old regulars are gone, and since I don't accrue to US I don't know much about upgrades, F, etc., anymore. Most of the time the Box is much more interesting and more congenial.

My cell is close to a # for an apt. renting #. I get  calls often.

Because of the turb issue today, my bff is worried about flying next week . I asked her if she was scared to drive every time she heard about a car accident. I don't think she liked my response. She's scared of pretty much everything; I am the opposite. Will be taking xanax - one for her to calm her down; one for me to deal with her

Tell her not to worry as the flight you're taking is a route that has been flown before (i'm assuming this). This was the first flight for CO GIG-IAH and since they've never flown it before they didn't know where the bumps were, sort of like a road and speedbumps. The roads you take often you know well, the ones you don't, you have no clue.

When it rains, it is because he is sad.

You can see his charisma from space.

If a monument was built in his honor, Mt. Rushmore would close, due to poor attendance.

His cereal never gets soggy. It sits there, crispy, just for him.

If he disagrees with you, it is because you are wrong.

Whichever side of the tracks he is on, it is the right side.

He is......The Wizard of Fozz™.
