To add to KNRG's postal woes: Postal service adjusts to declining volume by taking away collection boxes.

For my next brillant move I think I go into OMNI and really stir things up or maybe I should head over to the UA box and yell at some 1K's.;)

I vote the latter.

When I was in SAT last, I only ate at Landry's restaurants (including Chart House). And yes, I did Hyatt hop during FFN.

Plus1 thanks you for that!

Snickers

Did you freeze it yourself or is it a frozen dessert bar?

Once again I think that a comic best addresses the situation. :-:

Froze it myself - I got two Snickers bars for a combined -12 cents yesterday.

UA just comped me to Five Star status, whatever that means. Since I hardly use Hertz I haven't bothered to look up whatever benefits this entails.

Well, I did use appetizer coupons from those folks who are paid at conventions to direct business to restaurants and got the gift cards I used for payment from eBay at a discount. However, using the gift cards did close out a liability on Landry's books ...

Hey - I actually had to earn the 5*! It's the tier for those with 10+ rentals per year as #1 Club Gold, some additional benefits (but far lower than President's Circle). Yes, Hertz has terminology of "#1 Club Gold Five Star". Almost as bad as my "Hyatt Diamond GoldPassport" which was previously my "Hyatt Platinum GoldPassport"

Can I sue CO for the forum on FT which uses its name for causing me an ice cream headache?

Only if you ripped your pants trying to shake it off.

Against my better judgment, I dropped my little bomb of happiness in the military thread.

There's a reason that I only really bring up that I'm prior service either in The Box or when a response in a thread could be helped by it. This site has a contingent on it who probably believe that the NY Times is a right-wing extremist publication.

Note to self: cut down on non-Box activities severely.
