UAUA just offered me complimentary Hertz #1 Club Gold membership. Thanks for offering me something I've had for years.

Another lesson in Shares:
The simple entry to move someone from a later flight to an earlier flight is called a "To/From".

6:new flt number . current flight number - last name (enter)
6:123.321-Fozz

This entry will put you on the revenue standby list and/or will give you a seat.

I assume that if I hand a P-Club agent a card with my request they will know where to start? Is there a home screen they have to start from?

They should know where to start! It's the same screen as a regular check-in entry.

If I get everyone on FT to fly around the system with these entries, the entire company will be trained in no time. :D

Glad your mom is okay and you and your sister are fine. Have a good trip!

Depends. I've had to call them for work several times and they've sometimes been great; other times, not so much. But if this is a hardware issue, then I have no choice but to call them to get replacement parts shipped.

I've never had any help from them. I gave up, no more Dells.

I love CX, but they don't help me much domestically :D

1/5 of my visiting family is making me . I'm surprised my eyes didn't spin out of their sockets today. Work tomorrow will be a nice respite.

Only 1/5 of your family - way higher odds than either Plus1 or I ever have.

Makes for a good parlor game. When they tell you "is not possible" tell them "is possible" and then offer a friendly side wager. Tell them the commands and watch them .

I routinely do this in restaurants and hotels that run Micros, Aloha, or Fidelio. Is Possible, you just have to remove your  from your arse first. :-:

Google won't search for The Wizard of Fozz because it knows you don't find The Wizard of Fozz, he finds you.

I'll pass that along. Thanks.

I thought we agreed to eliminate the multiquoting. ;)

Thank god for naps.

Oh dear! I imagine that you are the 'only' one 'available' to take PPfH to said dog park!

I'm big on naps, too!! ^

Rare is the airline employee who would take kindly to this, especially in EWR.
