Does anyone know how long it takes to get from T1 to T5 at ORD? Is a 2 hour DOM-INTL connection a bad idea?
INTL-DOM, OTOH, would be cutting it kinda close. ETA: 20 mins from Concourse B, 30 mins from Concourse C |

You can always opt out of photos being displayed in your FT preferences.

I doubt Canada wants another province. Nebraska, yea right. Could you image how high their taxes would become if they succeeded? They'd also cry like little children when they are no longer US citizens. Could you image needing a passport to leave Nebraska to get back into the US?
Now is this looks awful as in being beaten down from a hard life or dressing like a combination of Liberace and Elton John during his flamboyant phase and not pulling the look off? Speaking of people looking awful, anyone seen the photos of K-fed recently?

Mine didn't, but every other wedding I've attended in the past 5 years (~20-25) did.
I don't mind losing NE but losing AK would be a horrible thing. It is a ridiculously beautiful chunk of land. Look at the Hampton Inn Convention Center/Chinatown/Gallery Place. I'm a big fan of that property. It is just a couple blocks from the metro and is generally pretty cheap. It is also clean and has free internet. ME!

Apparently my ranting about the TrueBlue program has gone too far. I just got an email from one of my contacts there asking for a call to discuss my recent post. He wants to talk immediately.

I really wish CO would match this for early 2010. We have 4 weddings on different weekends in Houston that we have to go to and paying $250 each on DL vs. $350 on CO is the deal breaker.:mad::mad: The only thing is, I have about a grand in CO and AA vouchers and ZERO in DL.

That's okay. We can get you very tipsy in D.C.
CO 1E and I are well versed in the art of getting smashed and obtaining candid 1am photos at the CVS near DuPont Circle... I am home after a long dinner at my Boss's boss house. I am tired but have no internet at work. Internet was down for the second day in a row. The worst part is the AC is controled by the internet so the place was a sweat box today. about noon the AC techs had the internet controls by-passed and the cooling had returned. It is days like this that you are reminded of how much of life is controled by the internet. In moving news! I had some books that I took to the local Hastings to sale for cash. After she rang them all up she says would you like 73 in cash or 114 in Hastings Gift Cards. I said i will take the gift cards (they carry my Aero Porn there). Then upon walking around the store I saw that they sold gift cards which I was able to by at full price. So I walked out with cash in a way. Had a been a real good FTer I would have bought the SWA Cards but I couldnt bring myself to do it. |

Sounds like a plan. I'll probably pick up the train in Trenton and meet you on it in Philly.

Good morning Box.
It was another monsoon driving on 287 in Middlesex county. Turn on to Rt. 9 south and it was drizzle. Pull into the office and it was sunny out.:rolleyes:

JFC, I awoke this morning to a cracked windshield! It's not small either. it starts out at the bottom & looks like a V with a ~12" spread on both sides! The car was last driven Tuesday and didn't show any signs of it then. It's been parked in the heat ever since, so I'm guessing that it had a weak spot or was hit by something (it's so low -- below the wiper -- that I think it'd be hard to get hit with something there, though) and after sitting in this ungodly heat for a few days, started to show. I thoroughly inspected the area for evidence of foul play (firecracker dirt, dinged wiper arm, rock in the area, etc) but didn't find anything... off to call Geico in a bit after my meeting.
Oh yeah, and what's this Houston meet up that photodog72 is mentioning?!? |
Aloha Box. TGI:rolleyes:
