The 609 boundry is Mercer County and any towns that may be served out of the Princeton CO (such as parts of Montgomery Township).

NJ had a long battle about 10-digit dialing and it stuck through the introduction of 856 in '99 and in 2001 the people finally lost as it was costing people way too much to switch their area code every time a split happened.

My mother has sent people on trips only to have them come back and blame her directly for the rain. The Mom is quite powerful in certain circles, but I severely doubt that she controls her clients' exposure to nature.
