As I suspected. I have done it before, and even in what seemed like bad traffic (though I'm not especially familiar with NYC traffic), it didn't take more than 50 mins.

I decided to court disaster by meddling with my PRG reservation. Didn't touch the OK segments, but changed JFK-ATL(overnight)-HOU to LGA-CLE-IAH. LGA-CLE will be a new line, and this way I get F the whole way back (ATL-HOU was in :rolleyes:) and no forced overnight.

Any Boxers in NYC on Labor Day Monday Afternoon? Teh PC there is landside...

The good thing about going between JFK and LGA is that there's, literally, a dozen different ways to go. They're all congested but if there's :rolleyes: of epic proportions there's always a Plan B. Watch out though because you'll be dealing with US Open traffic and/or the Mets.

Might be around Labor Day afternoon. Depending on how late you're staying might swing via LGA on our way back from the beach. Canuck won't be so happy but she'll deal. Will I be the first person to track sand into the LGA P Club?

I did that several times with the GG UPCARE certs that CO gives out on occasion. There was a trick to getting them applied to the account but never collected. I exploited that for many, many months.

The closing company who has been working on the documents for a week now calls me around noon today for a 4 pm closing tomorrow to ask about loan information. Luckly I had a way to access the information online otherwise I would have to get the information for them tomorrow. Then I ask about the information to wire the balance of the money to my bank account and the agent says someone else will contact me.

I later get a call back from same said agent and she says they will cut me a check for the difference. I said and how will I cash/ has access to the funds immediately as it exceeds the banking limits of what they can hold/not hold as well as the fact that I live in OK and my bank is in TX. She says ok give me the number for your bank. She is ready to hang up and I say would you like the routing and account information as well. I mean I do have three different acounts with said bank. I just don't understand how these people conduct business like this. Seems very seat of the pants. Hopefully all is well and money is transfered properly.

I went to my home desktop and noticed that updated versions of :-:A TravelDesk and :-:A Mileage Calculator are there...I wonder if they will do a special update at the appropriate time that adds in all of the CO schedules.

Yes, you shouldn't have a problem with traffic getting from JFK-LGA at that time. It will be worth it to have F and avoid the forced overnight, in any event.
