Anyone else I am forgetting?

In the spirit of the Box's affection for fine beer, I propose dinner at Brasserie Beck. If anyone would prefer something other than Belgian food, however, let me know, and we can consider other options, as there will be plenty of Belgian and other fine beer at the bars we will be visiting.

CM, what time is your train back to PHL?

My buddy who works on Teh Hill will likely be joining us for drinks. Dunno about dinner.

The box is never dead viva la PWP

Facebook seems to be dead today. I heard twitter was dead because of a denial of service attack.

North Korea strikes back at un sanctions through a ddos attack on twitter. Well played.

I cannot believe that child did not wear himself out and fall asleep. It was, after all, an evening flight. He had a very high pitched wail and shriek that lasted 3 and a half hours. Aaaaaaaaaagh!

Fortunately, having "been there, done that: with my eldest daughter, I had a lot of empathy for the poor Mom. She was doing everything she could to keep him quiet or get him to sleep, but he wasn't cooperating. She was frazzled.

i have a very good ability to block out noise like that. I bury myself in a crossword, or a book, and just don't hear it for long periods of time. others, on the other hand, were getting very exasperated.

When I was flying from ATL-ICN a few weeks ago, there was a probably nine month-old child in J who screamed for 10 hours out of the 14.5-hour flight. Noise canceling headphones only muted the screams.

I must say... TOAT Diamond's access to an ITA grease-monkey script and full routing-rules is ^. However, I wholeheartedly support any competition (especially Box-generated) to TOAT.

There's a greasemonkey script? I have to go find this.

I've said that dl should hire me in loss prevention just to prevent loss.

They safe that is one of the best places to put someone dangerous, on the inside. It's how I got one of my jobs. :D

Friday night I'm at the Westin Alexandria, then Saturday at the Fairfax Embassy Row.

My train home is considered amateur by the Box's iron-liver standards: 10pm even. If I could stay, I would.

Re: a cancelled massage --

"Dad, remember, you have Economics tomorrow at 11 o'clock."

"No. I got a massage 11 o'clock; tell 'em to make it two o'clock."

You guys have any suggestions on restaurants in Dallas? My birthday is in two weeks and I've got a reservation at the Renaissance Dallas already, but I don't know where to go for dinner. I was thinking etouffee at Pappadeauxs but that is a chain and while it's usually good that doesn't mean it always is. Other option is Landry's (of bag fame) but that too is a chain. I like meat, so suggestions that are meat related would be welcomed and appreciated.

I really enjoyed Bob's Steak and Chop House in Dallas - it is a classic old-style steak house, and the potatoes and carrot are great as well. It is on OpenTable.

A very basic one. Right-click on any fare you pull up on TOAT, and it gives you an option to perform an ITA month-long search for the fare. If you do Fares/Dotres, it will search from the date you entered. If you just do Fares/TVN, it will search from today's date.

Could one of the DL regulars remind me whether seats 1B and 1C on the 738's have restricted legroom?
