The Bristol Airports web people embedded your video? That's awfully mean of them not to tell you.

I am mulling over the possibility of taking EVA on the return from my upcoming SIN/DPS trip. The 77W from TPE-EWR has my eye, though it will require a quick trip someplace for the required miles. Should I bother?

Only westbound that I know of. The roundtrip TPE booking is really EWR-ANC-TPE-EWR. And besides, a line from ANC-NYC is really cool...it harkens back to the old 1980's middle of the night tech stop.

Only the EWR-TPE stops in ANC , the TPE-EWR is non stop.
I did not realize it was just a westbound stop. I would have given them a try if they did not have that stop on the way. I just thought it would be too many connections for me. |

Who's good at digging through a website to find a certain page(s)
This Video of a 752 landing at BRS and This Video of a 738 taking off from EWR are embedded some place at Bristol Airports Website yet I can't find what page they are on at the website. Just curious what page they are embedded on for for coolness factor. |

The only downside is the extra 40k miles required for a redemption. I'm not sure their product is worth the extra miles when compared to KE or even NW.

Wirelessly posted (Samsung Omnia: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320))
I have not been to work in a week. I called out Tuesday and Wednesday, then I had Thursday through Sunday off. I woke up this morning feeling craptacular so I had to call out today again . I called my doctor but he is away this week so I have to see the covering doctor at 4:30 today. I have a feeling I won't be going back to work until the end of the week. I rarely use sick time, but when I do it is usually with a bang :-: |

they are not embedded on their site, what happens is at the end of the video it shows 'related videos' of which yours is one of the rotating videos related in their future planning video. :)

You raise a good point about the 25% mileage bonus, I haven't flown in so long I didn't even remember it. Between that, the PClub access, and the Flex EQMs, it is, in my mind, worth keeping, even if it has a $375/year price tag. If they happen to raise the yearly fee, I may drop it.

I'm not P&C eligible, not by any means. I'd have to move to the Texas county to be eligible which isn't going to happen. I've kept checking sporadically whether they'd enable Deposit@Home for me and keep getting the same boilerplate reply that I'm not eligible so apparently no human decision making is involved, just whatever the computer tells them. On FW they mentioned you needed to have a credit account with them (I do have their CC as a backup card for overseas transactions) plus a checking account but no dice unfortunately.

Very true. We cover a relatively large State park and at least once a month over the summer we get a call for "burned feet." People dump their hot coals from their grills out and people just walk right on them. This is a regular occurrence.
Aloha box. Weekend on the dirty island was actually really nice. Even with the Throgs Neck :rolleyes:ery it was still faster than going to the shore. I think we're sold. Work is ok today. Started a new job upon return from NRT and spent the first few days in the clouds from Jet Lag. I did sell my house and have to move by Aug. 5th (that should be fun). I want to travel some but work has me tied down although I have clearance to travel on the Star DO!!! |
