Hello Box.

Boy, I'm a bad boxer. Well over a week since Box :-: Day and I'm still not at 1,000.

Sounds like programmers. :o Well, except we're on the IM bandwagon now, too. :-:

Have any of you vacationed in GUM? If so, can you send me a PM and give me some tips for where to stay and what to do? Thanks!

I'm throwing the flag. Asking for a PM about vacation destination info in the box?:mad::rolleyes: More is more, post it in the box. You have been given 5 demerits.

I wonder if that has anything to do with the 773 that sufferred a tail strike at NRT yesterday. Or, maybe the loads were just really low...

Has anyone ever been on a tail strike? I wonder what it feels like.

Big huge +1. If you take sdm1130's honeymoon itinerary and add SFO and HKG, I would consider that an absolutely perfect trip and it would make me able to say that I've seen what I want to see in Asia/Australia.

Seeing TPAC availability on CO that connects to KE makes me .

Worst. Policy. Ever.

Yeah, I agree 110%. How stupid is it to force your customers to use another airline?

Lets hope they change the rule when we start using OZ out of ICN.

 Are they flights with CO flight numbers that continue on on KE metal?

I'm a little perturbed at the policy of blocking all but one bulkhead seat on the 762 for IAH-EWR. We can have handicapped and older fliers in the exit rows before 24 hours (if they're Gold or Plat) but not regular fliers in the bulkhead seats. I'd rather them let me book the bulkhead and then kick me out if someone shows up that needs the seat. Maybe I just don't have enough caffeine in me and I'm being irrational.

I'd also like to check out SIN. If I could turn it into a longer vacation that included Langkawi, Malaysia, that would be even better.

But then you'd be complaining about being moved to 23E because that's the only seat that's left. :-:

these were preexisting, at the time of purchase B fares were much higher. I could not justify buying them for work when we are not struggling, but are watching the expenses carefully.

That's a fantastic idea. @:-)

In fact, let me book that trip right now. And I'll include 5 days in the Maldives and a short excursion to see Angkor Wat. This will be the best vacation ever. The Canuck will be excited, we'll have a wonderful time.

Nothing could possibly ruin that vacation.

Oh.

Wait.

Compensation is due. :p

You're right, a system like I suggest is flawed.

ETA: Looks like you're having one of "those days".

They'll tell you to go  yourself. Unless a factor outside of their control, e.g. weather is involved.

2 days max is all that is needed in SIN, after that you have seen every shopping mall.
