I'm more like four times a year, sometimes five. I drive north of 23K/year. My car closes out its fifth year of its relationship with me on Halloween. I'll have to remember to check the odometer and average out the five years. I also don't mind getting my hands dirty every so often.

I didn't feel too much heat, but I also wasn't really thinking about it. My mother has a small desk fan that I could always mount behind the cabinet. I'm going to take it in for service next week and see what happens.

Enjoying a nice lunch of steak (with pepper), peas, and caffeine free Diet Dr. Pepper. Feel like a Texan today.

Are the speakers wired correctly as in the + wire in the + terminal?

Sounds like you'll be just fine w/ mineral oil. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't spend the extra $ on synthetic oil.

Indeed yummy but probably would lead me to exceed my 18-20 grams of fat per day. This resembles a dinner I would (in the very recent past) ordinarily cook one night a week.

And before you ask, I have figured out that mussels in wine sauce will work in the current diet ^

Oh - for those with the misfortune of carrying a Bank of America card, this weekend is the free museum weekend for August; I'll be visiting both in Nashville (Frist Center for Visual Arts and Cheekwood Botanical Gardens).

So far as I can tell. The connection point colors on this machine are blue and white, and all the white wires are in the white terminals, and all of the white/blue wires are in the blue terminals.

I'm bringing over an emergency ration of sweet sausage and my mother's red sauce to the fiancee's house. Just in case we end up being on our own for dinner, I know I have an option that is good and easy. Her family are decent human beings, but have very weird perceptions and notions about food.

I think I'll be retiring my car soon - the next likely major repair is going to be the one that exceeds the value of the car. I wasn't allowed to get my license until I could drive various manual transmissions on the farm; my car has 181,000 miles (in an American-made sedan) over 11 years and I'm still on the initial clutch.

I did some additional investigation into the DC Ducks tour, and it appears that even if you buy a ticket for a particular day in advance, you are not assigned a time until the day of the tour, and times are first come, first served beginning at 8:00 am at Union Station. Unless you have a group of 20, they do not really do group reservations. Thus, we may have to change that part of the plan. Stay tuned.

The D.C. :rolleyes: Tour is always an option. The tour guides are a bit different, though...

That's one option, I suppose.
