There are so many funny British sitcomes - some of which made it over here and some of which didn't.

One of the funniest series was "Only Fools and Horses". I think it was mid-late 80's/erly 90's. Absolutely, side splittingly funny. But, I don't think it ever made it over to the States.

if you ever get a chance to see it on DVD, go for it. You will really love it.

Blackadder, Father Ted, and The League of Gentlemen are absolutely brilliant!

I guess I'm a little behind on my British comedy! I know Blackadder but I've never heard of the rest. TEACH ME!!! :D

I have the Fawlty Towers DVD collection, and I always liked "Are You Being Served?"

Oh dear. That was *pre* loss. Do you have a photo of 4 out of 5 Xs? Believe me.. I couldn't believe I lost (and yes there was some fabulous FT help) b/c I didn't have the opportunity to pick a "1". I'm still in therapy. :D

I knew you were involved somehow. I try to block out that picture every time someone posts it. Thankfully no pictures exist of me talking to the cop at Whataburger.

That's okay. We can get you very tipsy in D.C.

CO 1E and I are well versed in the art of getting smashed and obtaining candid 1am photos at the CVS near DuPont Circle...

Are they worth the time for what they give? PayPal credits could always come in handy, as could AA miles.

I was getting paid to participate in another focus group online, so the extra AA miles (count toward MM status) shouldn't be completely discounted. If I weren't getting paid otherwise, I likely wouldn't have done them.

I will PM you the train times from 30th that I'm booking. Held off booking since I hadn't talked to you about it. And I'm happy to keep you company on the train. :-:

Sounds like a plan. I'll probably pick up the train in Trenton and meet you on it in Philly.

If I had the cash or points to burn, I would. Neither are in heavy supply at this particular stage.

I have some Priority Club points I could part with.

I can just see us at the Air and Space museum on Sunday. "Wow, you really know a lot about planes! Are you a pilot?"

"No....but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night" :p

All I'll say was, we ended up taking those photos after spending 30 mins outside the Brickskellar (at 12:30am) having a lengthy philosophical discussion with some dude who it turns out was a crack dealer. I think at some point during the conversation, the literature of Paul Bowles was mentioned, as was the advisability of moving to Algeria.

I found a 2 X pout. http://www.flickr.com/photos/olton_hall/3773341181/ (I'll be taking this photo down tomorow as it's far removed from the rest of the set)

Considering CRP is on the Gulf of Mexico, harming the Ocean would be impressive ;) Or is this Danny Ocean and "Ocean's 27"?
