I doubt you gained 3.5 actual lbs. If you did, that really was quite a dinner!

I knew my scale was a liar :p.

I didn't say what I had for breakfast and lunch though :D.

I weigh myself every day after the gym / before dinner - down five pounds since the beginning of the week.:eek::confused:

Dinner tonight will be water (currently), salmon, broccoli, grilled pineapple, piece of coconut cake, and a beer.

I hate how easily men can lose weight!
Dinner sounds quite nice. Do you do anything special on the grilled pineapple?

Yes, they do. You are only eligible for upgrades on the NW ticketed and operated flights.

I'm looking at EWR-MEM-IAH-ATL-EWR for the IAH mini-DO in October. Only 1 upgrade eligible flight, but 1 new dot and 3 new lines for about $220. ^

I'll get a CR9, DC-9-30, and a -50 doing IAH-MSP-EWR-DTW-MEM-IAH. I may try to go out of AUS if I can.

12, 250 calories between those three meals? I'm impressed ;)

Is that because she sneaks out at night???

:D:D Nah! She's too stupid to do that! She sneaks people in and thinks we won't catch her. Duh! Did she think we were born yesterday?!! Hilarious what these highly intelligent teenagers will do.

A few weeks ago she decided to have several girlfriends sleep over. No problem. Girls came over, all went down to the basement. All through the evening she kept asking us when we were going to bed (so of course we knew she was up to something!). About midnight, there was a flurry of activity from the girls - coming up from the basement, one went to the bathroom, one went onto the deck, one went into the study, etc. Then they all went back downstairs. Meanwhile, Mr. Brit was watching TV in the family room. He thought he heard a "male" voice coming from the basement, so he put two and two together, called MissTeenBrit up and asked her "who's the addition to the party".

Batting her eyelashes, she squirms a bit, and then confesses that "Nick" is here. Mr. Brit doles out admonishment and says Nick can stay for 5 more minutes and then has to leave. MissTeenBrit scurries downstairs, but comes back up two minutes later: "Daddy, in the spirit of disclosure, there's actually two boys downstairs". (At this point, I was doubled up trying not to laugh; having to appear like a responsible adult, you see).

Mr Brit calls the two boys up, dresses them down, gives them a lecture about sneaking into homes late at night, safety, liability, etc.etc. and sends them on their way. Then proceeds to give a "stern" lecture to MissTeenBrit and her friends (all of whom squirmed and looked suitably admonished :p).

Beth was grounded and hasn't pulled anything like that since!

Teenagers! Gotta love 'em!! Gotta love parenting them. Gotta love the laughs they give you.

(Luckily, we knew both the boys quite well, so it was all harmless, but .... nevertheless, we had to act like responsible adults :D)

Not tonight - working on simple, elegant meals without adding calories from what I'm discovering is a well-stocked kitchen (and not just with alcohol).

Picking up the two DC-9 series with 34-inch pitch in F.
