They're marked with office dates when they were printed. I'm used to them being postmarked within a day or two of when the document was printed. I've noticed several times that it is often close to a full work week before something makes it to mail. Jeeze, what if I had said "meet me at 7am sharp." It seems email takes 24+ hours to get a response, regardless of when sent - I'm used to replies coming within an hour from people's cell phones or blackberrys.
