Yeah I prefer the DHC-8 series overall. But I'd still fly on an ATR again if it was convenient.

Totally off topic, but I've just discovered the wonders of having two computer monitors on my desk connected to the same computer. With merging households, there was no need to keep two desktop computers, when we both have a laptop as well. My desktop PC was the better of the two, so with some parts salvaged out of the BF's, we now have a computer with more memory and hard drive space. And, since we both had really nice LCD monitors, and my computer had a video card that would support two monitors, I just finished setting it all up. It's a great setup, especially since I tend to go ADHD and multi-task 10 different things at once.

Having dual monitors does wonders for productivity in life (especially at work)! ^

I had no idea this thread was full of polymonitorists.

By all means, feel free. Saves me the trouble. I only recently started tagging my pics, and it takes forever. I'm hoping to get my Hong Kong and HKG-BKK TG F pics up this evening. Slowly but surely, I've been uploading a few at a time. Hard to get used to the upload times. My old Digicam made files that were usually 1.2 megs, tops. I've seen .jpgs come off that 40D upwards of 5 Megs.

Since you're on a Mac, take a look at the Flickr Uploadr: http://flickr.com/tools/

It allows mass tagging of photos ;)

Mass tagging is a great feature of the photo organization tools that are part of the Adobe Photoshop Elements package I have on my computer. I can plug a memory card from the camera into the computer, everything automatically downloads, and then it just takes a few minutes to tag it all. And then when I upload it to my SmugMug account using the software's built-in uploader, the tags, and captions if I've created those, upload as well to the Web for sharing. Makes it so much faster and easier than tagging each photo by hand.
