Brit, it's the button next to Quote. Select Multi-Quote from all the posts you want, and then hit Quote on the last post. All of the posts you selected show up....if it's multiple posts. If it's the same post, just copy the code surrounding the quote.

this is the box why multi quote, more is more :)

Thanks, CM! I'll give it a try next time I want to split a quote from one person.

I'm supposed to be working ;), but I'm playing on FT, and looking for a cheap MR to tip me into gold for 2010.

LOL! Yes, I suppose I should so I can get my post # up. I'm still such a newbie at less than 250 posts!! I'll get up there with the big boys by the time I retire, I suppose!

Sure, but it'll come in handy elsewhere where whoring is not looked upon as kindly.

Just as easy and cutting/pasting the code at the points in your post where I want to create separate quote boxes.

Hey Mackieman - how did you split the quote like that one above? Sorry to be not technical about these things, but I'm learning ....!!

Correct as usual, King Mike. Though I am often guilty of simply opening quotes in different tabs, then combining them in one reply. After I have completed the construction and summation what I am quite sure is striking, witty repartee, I realize that there is a multi-quote button and feel like a tard.

Meh, there are greater things in the world to be concered about than post count. See Plus1 for an example; already he well documented several key aspects of Boxian lore, with less posts than even I have!

If post-whoring is wrong, I don't want to be right. :)

Keep an eye out for the last minute specials to Europe from NYC & PHL.

Count on a HNL fare war - it usually happens a couple times a year, with flights in the $300 range.

Take advantage of the transcon deals when they pop up. CO 1E perfected the art of spending weekends in SEA for $200 return.

Now - I'm going to try out what CM told me to do to be able to break quotes. Let's see if it works (if it doens't, don't shoot me! I do have a brain - honest - but sometimes when it comes to technology, it seems to have gone walkabout)

I'm right on it! I'm on the lookout as much as I can for these.

I just did a MR to HNL.

I did a $220 MR to SEA a couple of weeks ago, did a quick turnaround by staying in the airport overnight for 6hrs. Netted a nice bunch of EQMs going from EWR-IAH-SEA-IAH-EWR.

Yup! Looking at that daily. Don't seem to be seeing much change at the moment. Did see a cheap SAN fare pop up, so I booked a quick turn to SAN. Also have two MRs to SJC booked for this week and next. IN fact, next week, I'm doing PHL-IAH-SJC-IAH-PHL on Tuesday and then PHL-IAH-SAN-IAH-PHL on Wednesday.

I am determined to tip into Gold by the end of April. Then onward and upwards to Plat if I can get some cheap long distance fares.

Woo! Hoo! It worked!

Thanks, CM! for the mini-tutorial.

Perhaps my brain isn't as addled as I once thought it was.

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most ....... :D

Is DUB still dirt cheap from NYC?

cheapest I've seen is $303 base from EWR. I'm thinking of trying to do a DUB run, but can't seem to find a date that works for me, given my client commitments in April.

I don't want to do weekends because I spend so much time away from my family during the week when I'm travellig to clients. So, I try to do MRs during the week if I can.
