I don't believe it was food related. Sounded (garbled, from three rows back) like it was some sort of pre-existing medical condition that went awry mid-air.

Yeah, the preexisting condition is 31" pitch and rock-hard seats on a six-hour transcon.

I had a reclining exit-row aisle, but that is one seriously long flight. Just 01:15 less than LIM-EWR. I hope not to experience Transcon whY again anytime soon. F is much more civilized.
