Well, LIM is already ticketed for Dec.

At least the elite desk said they would waive the change fee for rebooking to GIG if I can't get it taken care of.

Will you be doing CUZ as well, or just LIM?

If I take Amtrak up to the NJ mini-Do, what is the best stop at which to alight?

Princeton Junction is a solid option, as it's only about 10 miles from Shogun.

Just LIM, at least as of now.

I don't believe Amtrak stops at Princeton Junction. Amtrak has a few trains that stop at New Brunswick, so that would work. Or, you can take Amtrak to Trenton and switch to a local NJ Transit train to Princeton Junction/New Brunswick.

Yes, but I am not sure if any of the more convenient Amtrak departures stop at Princeton Junction.

I might be able to alight at New Brunswick if I can find a sufficiently convenient train that stops there.

I wish your father-in-law a speedy recovery.

If New Brunswick doesn't work, I'll second the suggestion of taking Amtrak to Trenton and then switching to a local NJT.

Another option is to take Amtrak to Metropark - there are usually a few Amtrak trains that stop there.

Amtrak does not stop at Princeton Junction, and I knew he'd have to switch trains, but I wasn't sure if Trenton or 30th Street would be the transfer point. Trenton is much better since it's only two trains.

Perhaps I will just drive up from DC.
