On a happier note, my wife also had an interview with a school district in the AUS area. They basically told her that she could have any of the four or five positions they have open. So she's pretty much guaranteed a job after we move. ^ to that. |

Happy Birthday to your wife. If you are going to be hanging out in the hospital all day/night you might be able to make arrangements with the hospital cafeteria to set up a special table for the two of you. I know when I was having my kids, the hospitals all offered a steak dinner complete with a floral arrangement on a table for new parents. Maybe the hospital your FIL is at has something similar. And the steak was actually good. |

The Devil Dog from Hell (formally known as the Pound Puppy from Hell) loves to eat paste, and also the glue stick it was in. ^ Not sure which she prefered most but she ate them both. :D |
I really want to buy another plane ticket now. I'm seriously considering $500 to go to GVA - completely not worth it for the miles - but I have a buddy I can visit at that point. And I can get it in before the end of DEQM I think.
Or anything else. I still have two trips planned over then next 8 weeks, plus a weekend road trip, but that doesn't feel like enough. :( |
