Good morning box and happy monday (Today is a holiday)
Eat What You Want Day (When: Always on May 11th) What would you like to have to eat today? Okay, great.....health permitting, go ahead and have any and all of your favorite foods and snacks. Because today is Eat What You Want Day. Eat What You Want Day is definitely not a day for diets. It is one single, solitary day in the year to go off your diet and eat something you really enjoy, Today, you can set aside your dietary "No-No" list. Today, you can splurge. Tomorrow, it's back to the diet. It is important to note that today is not intended to eat as much as you want. Rather, the goal is to eat something you otherwise wouldn't have. If you are watching carbs or calories, simply keep within your limits by eating just a small amount of that favorite treat. Caution: People with allergies and/or medical conditions, may not be able to fully participate in this day. Simply said: Do not risk your health to participate in this day. |

I've owned a Whirley Pops for more years than a lot of you all have been around. ^ High quality canola oil. Orville Redenbacher corn or better. Microwave corn is evil, the people that make it keep coming down with lung diseases. My dad is from middle-of-nowhere Indiana where a good amount of popping corn is grown and packaged. Up until five or six years ago there was a pop corn maker right in town and we'd buy the red and midnight blue corn. I think it has something to do with the Amish population there and their method for growing the stuff. We're hooked. |

I am currently scheduled on the noon BWI-IAH flight and would like to change to the 7:30am. After reading J. Edward's thread on SDCs, it sounds like I need to call at 12:01am the morning of my flight and ask to be changed. Is that correct?

Apparently my upgrade to the exec floor at the AMS Hilton did not include lounge access. I was allowed in the other day and denied this morning...desk agent at checkout said that the room upgrade did not include the lounge, despite that it was an exec room. I'm still trying to get my head around that.

You can call at 7:30pm the night before. You must be within 24 hours of the originally booked flight time (that window opens at 12:01pm on the day prior to your flight, same as the OLCI window. And you must be within 12 hours of the NEW flight time, which starts at 7:30pm the night before in the situation you've described. The actual calendar day has zero relevance. |

*twiddles thumbs until 8pm tonight* Can I at least check-in and snag one of the held elite seats? Or does checking in for my current flight screw up the system?

I believe that being checked in does not affect things. I've definitely done a SDC while already checked in before, though I had to call it in at that point I think.
