Not in the PC though... I have also passed people notes reminding them that it really would be nice for them to be courteous to those around them, which was followed with a death stare when they looked up. |
Another day and another segment deleted from my fiancee's honeymoon reward reservation.
:rolleyes::rolleyes: At least it was just two domestic DL segments that were easily added back. |

Walk by the dear Captain and have a raging coughing fit. Or if you have your drink on already, a raging burp might be funny.
He might have been the person I sat beside last Wednesday BNA-ATL (thankfully a short flight). |

I just hope I can make it to May without any more Aeromexico snafus. I now have sunk costs on AA MSY-MIA to make that first reward flight.

So Mrs. Mbm3 is taking us to Banff in a couple weeks and I realized that I had not really taken a lot of snow pictures. Any suggestions on filters for my Nikon D50? I have daylight filters on my lenses, but wonder if any others might be a good idea?
What is the diameter of the filter threads on your main lens? I may have a spare circular polarizer that I can loan you. |

Polarizers. They're expensive, but they really help bring out the blue in the sky on bright days like that. And make sure that you either use a custom WB or set the camera to overexpose by .5-1 stops to deal with the fact that the average color in the scene is going to be much, much brighter than an 10% gray card.

Blue it is.

I just got asked if I live in BUF. No disrespect, but aren't the EWR, PHL, Devils, and "Phlyers" references somewhat of a tip?
