The trip report was Oct 2021 (published in Feb 2022) before the PLs reopened
PLs will only be closed during normal hours for things like a water line break,...

Awesome. Given what I am reading about meals on board I think we will enjoy our meal there.

also, I didn't see it in the menu but apparently you have optional toppings for the burger: bacon, egg, avavado, and something else

here you go and a few other lunch/dinner dishes from a few days ago!

Want to report wine is still Lanson Champagne and Prisoner - I’ve seen in other Polaris lounge threads both options (real champagne and quality Napa blend) have gone down hill. Didn’t sit down but the buffet options weren’t bad today with chicken Marsala and a mustard cream sauce pork that were fresh and good.

early morning breakfast here. Had the place to myself with good service. Unsurprisingly

omelet was very good, no green smoothie though

Spent about two hours there this afternoon. Not too busy from ~2:30-4:30 which was nice. Immediately got a seat for a late-lunch

Food was pretty good. Burger patty is still too small (I cut it in half to see if there was any pink left)

Was there last week, menu looks slightly different than posted up thread a few posts ago. Food was good, albeit pretty small portions. Had the salad, cheese, chicken schnitzel and key lime thing for dessert. It was nice to have dinner in the lounge and go right to sleep for the late (and short) transatlantic flight. Service was great throughout the lounge.

I know some will scoff, but I love that burger in the Polaris lounge and look forward to it whenever I have a long trip ahead of me!

My wife loves the Polaris burger, too. But I avoid it if I am not too starved.

Speaking of the Polaris Burger…

Not too much of a wait this afternoon. Actually kinda quiet and pleasant today. I’m sure a far cry from my trip to EWR next week…

Also speaking of the burger, does anyone else think ORD's is the best in the system currently?

I've only tried the SFO Polaris Burger on a regular basis, and it's been hard to beat!

When the new ORD C two-story UC is opened (Jan), the old C16 club will become Polaris expansion space. Timeline unknown.
