Award calendar is so messed up. Example:
1/16/2016
NRT-SFO has NH F award
SFO-BOS has saver Y award
Old UA site would give mixed award at 110K miles. But new UA site shows no saver F when searching NRT-BOS.
Interestingly, the calendar shows green.
If we force multiple destination search,
NRT-SFO calendar is white, but you can select NH F
SFO-BOS calendar is white again, but saver Y is there. However, it's not an option. You can only select standard F.
Result: 190K miles. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
For award search, new UA site behaves like DL site.

NRT-IAH available on NH-F; But NRT-IAH-ORD is only the full first class award (whatever its called)....even though IAH-ORD is available in saver Y.

Why can I no longer see any star alliance options when looking for SFO-PVG? The old site showed me tons of options. Now I get only 8 pages of UA flights with no partners included at all.

I hate how the new site prices out a multi-city trip (which I do quite often). Old site: showed the full price from the first flight and you just clicked through to see the flights. New site: each leg is priced individually and the final price is a "surprise" once you finish the whole trip. Totally garbage and very un-friendly for a business traveler.
I guess it would be too easy to show all the flight options and let us pick. The flight availability is also poor.
For a site in beta for so long, and now released, they are slow to fix bugs. I don't get it.

What is up with the website?

That's:
Available fare classes:F6FN6A6ON6O0J9JN9C9D9Z9ZN9P9PN9R9RN9IN0I0Y9YN9B9M9E9U9H9HN9Q9V9W9S9T9L9K9G0N8XN9X0
Why is BF not available?

Trying to book a flight to Doha in March -- I get to the seat assignment section and the only seats it will let me select are in E-
In spite of being Premier Plat and the seating information section clearing showing E+ as "included."
So I won't be buying that ticket until they decide to fix their website. During which time I'll be researching other airline options.

Acting on the basis of principle is fine for many things in life, but it's meaningless when dealing with airlines.

Strangely, when this opened in August I thought "well by the time I next need to book a trip it will all be sorted"....now I am not so sure. Someone should be fired for this.

While this is not necessarily a problem being contributable to the new website I
find it strange when an award search for one bz ticket PHX-AMS return the routing PHX-EWR-LGA-IAH ( all coach ) -AMS ( bz )

Makes me think that the new search algorithm isn't penalizing airport changes (sa much as it should).

If it makes you feel any better the new site was offering similarly stupid options CLE-SYD-CLE for a business award ticket (as the "best" option nonetheless ) CLE-ORD-LGA all on RJs then EWR-LAX-SYD in BF... With like 2.5 hours between landing at LGA and EWR. Actually booked CLE-ORD-SFO-SYD as a BF saver (no saver inventory CLE-SFO).
