So I won't be buying that ticket until they decide to fix their website. During which time I'll be researching other airline options.
Well, the site stinks, but if it were me, I'd book the flight I wanted then call to get a seat assigned.
Acting on the basis of principle is fine for many things in life, but it's meaningless when dealing with airlines.
