Workaround for Login & "Were sorry, but united.com was unable to complete your request." Problems:
Close United tab, clear browser cache, and delete all United cookies. Instead of logging back in using the home page yellow tile, click on the "Reservations -> Change or view reservations" link, and then login using the "MileagePlus: Sign in or join" link on the upper right of the page.

Okay, here is a sample of what I am seeing. Looking for award travel using the "Multi-City" option:
CVG -> CDG on 7/31/16
CDG -> EDI on 8/8/16
EDI -> CVG on 8/12/16
Let's look at just the first leg, the new United site shows a lot of saver awards at either 15K, 30K, 32.5K or 65K miles (plus $5.60 fees). The old site only shows 30k or 65k flights. UA4517/UA915 shows as 65K on the old site and only 32.5K on the new site. But it isn't bookable on the new site (actually, none of the flights are bookable regardless of value - they all give me an error).
Another one: The new site shows flights UA4080/UA987 for 32.5k points vs. 65k points on the old site. The 15 k flights on the new site are 30k on the old site. But the 30k flights are the same amount on both sites.
I cannot find the flight #'s on the new site that didn't exist at all on the old site or the UA agent's computer as of today. Hopefully those have been removed.

It's unbelievable that UA IT wasted millions of dollars and came up with this kind of crap.

FT is overpopulated with a certain kind of travel hobbyist who only cares about expert functions and would be just as happy if the site were only accessible via a terminal window. Hell, they might even prefer it. But that's not the world we live in. Look and feel are incredibly important, especially for an ecommerce segment like travel: it leads directly to increased bookings and revenue. Sneering at those of us who compliment the tremendous strides UA has made in design is simply short-sighted.
I can assure you, after 20 years spent in ecommerce and related industries, that design improvements lead to increased revenue. Do you really think this is just an "obsession " with "how pretty the site is"?

UA digital Insider, can you fix this on the new site?
Old site:
it shows (highlight in different colors, depends on Y or C class) exactly what days/dates the non-stop award flights in the 2-month calendar are available as long as you select "Nonstop Flights Only" and the initial selected date for searching has nonstop flight available.
This function is particularly useful when your schedule is flexible and you only want to take nonstop flight.
New site:
Even if you select "nonstop Flight Only" and the initial selected date has nonstop flight available, the 2-month calendar show (also highlight with different colors, depends on Y or business class) all the day/date award flights are available, regardless nonstop flight or flights with stop(s).
You have spend more time to click on every single date in the calendar to see what days/dates have nonstop flights available.

Using the new website with Chrome for iPad iOS 9, I was successful in booking award (saver economy) flights for the missus and me CLE-MXP for the busy Fourth of July week! I found convenient times and connections. The website worked flawlessly. Piece of cake. What are you guys doing wrong?
RNE, lamenting that I was not able to get the CLE-MXP nonstop.
