Just an update now that things seem to have stabilized -- the outage impacted not only onboard WiFi subscriptions, but also single-flight access was not possible. Interestingly, messaging worked.

Anyone having trouble booking flights? Trying to book a TATL itinerary for February and both the app and website are telling me:

"We are unable to process your request"
